Greek Lemon Herb Baked Fish with Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the fish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Steam the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  9. Serve the baked fish with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli.
