Exotic Spiced Chia Seed Pudding with Tropical Fruits

Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
- Once the chia pudding has thickened, layer it with mango cubes and passion fruit pulp in serving glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
