Duck and Spinach Pasta Salad
Instructions:
  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the duck breast with black pepper and grill it over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. Let the duck rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spinach, sliced duck, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for a cold pasta salad.
