Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce (for marinade)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 oz linguine noodles
- 8 oz bean sprouts
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thick and marinate in 1/2 cup hoisin for 30 mins.
